Lift a Burden

Everyone can use a hand every now and then. These are people in your community who could use your help to Lift a BurdenTM off their shoulders. Our staff has qualified the people listed below as deserving of help. We are part of a city-wide computer system to make sure that people are not "double-dipping" from other agencies.




Lola
Lola is a home health aide and a single mother of two teenagers. She was recently laid off when her client was transferred to a full-time nursing care facility. Lola needs $ 230.00 to stay in her apartment and avoid eviction.
