Since 1995 we have been providing free pre-employment counseling services to low-income people seeking employment to ensure clients are work-ready. We assess work-readiness, and discuss skills needed for an employee to be successful in the workplace, including vocational ability, attitude, dependability, honesty and ability to work as a team member.

We understand that successful job placement requires a match between the needs of the employer and the abilities of the employee. We are available for follow-up support to our job seeking clients, as needed. If you have a position available, please provide your lead in our Job Placement program.
