Meet Chef D

Dwight Tiller II, known as “Chef D,”  joined Bishop Sullivan Center as the chef of One City Café.

Chef D has helped with his parents’ catering business all his life and was recently a line cook for the Kansas City Chiefs. Through these experiences and earning his food and beverage management degree from Johnson County Community College, Chef D learned what it takes to put together a nutritious, delicious meal.

Many in our community struggle with issues such as diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure, so one of our goals is to provide meals that are as healthy as possible. We’re excited to have Chef D on board so that we can offer a salad bar and enjoyable dinner each weeknight.
